Here is a video I made of my teacher, Zhou Xuan Yun, performing an advanced Wudang Gongfu Form.

A few weeks back, I had a seminar with F.I.S.T. Martial Arts MeetUp. For this seminar, I had an "Introduction to Taijiquan" class, covering a variety of principles and techniques that represent the combative aspects of Taijiquan.
