Will be opening with Standing Stretches, Daoist Loosening Drills, Wudang Qigong, and short discussion on Taijiquan and Wudang.

The focus of class will be a hybrid piece of the Wudang Sanfeng Pai Zhang Sanfeng Taijiquan 13 Postures Form, also known as the "Mother Form," as it is considered the closest form to the original form by Taijiquan's founder Zhang Sanfeng.

Every technique covered here will be drilled in application for live combat and some for clinch fighting. More information available at http://Events.HundredSchools.org.

Please come dressed appropriately and flat-soled kung fu shoes encouraged.

    Maybe I missed it somewhere in the ad above, but are you a traveling school? I like to attend seminars from all types being that I am an enthusiast myself on every martial art.
